I'm so tempted to continue the song but then this post would just be something you could find off lyrics.com.
As you've probably already guessed by the title this is a little Christmassy post, I thought I'd include a little photo of my finished Advent Calendar and show you all the chocolate I received when I opened it up this morning.
I can't believe how quickly Christmas is creeping upon us, I'm scared that it'll be gone before I've even had chance to soak it all in and enjoy it's loveliness. I guess there's always next year though, right?
As I'm writing this it's 8 more sleeps till the big fat man arrives! (and yes, I do mean Father Christmas). As I'm a bit of an eager beaver I've had all my Christmas presents wrapped up and placed under the Christmas tree for a good few weeks now, my excitement for the festive season starts a little prematurely!
So I thought I'd share this photo of the presents all wrapped and positioned ever so perfectly under my tree as I think it just looks so picturesque and lovely.
As I was sat at my desk preparing to finish my English Literature coursework I became a little distracted by a little grey box with the words 'Vivienne Westwood' printed across the front. As my coursework was really going nowhere (and quite frankly neither was I-) I started to wonder whether a blogpost about the items inside of the box would be of interest to anyone or not. As you can probably tell, I didn't decide on the latter and so here I am writing about the little grey box, or more so, what's inside that caught my attention.
Since moving house over the past two months or so, rediscovering things that had previously been hidden away inside of a box somewhere had become some what a regular occurrence. So when I noticed I hadn't actually misplaced this little (expensive) box I was quite over the moon. I'll stop being all mysterious now and just get to it...
It's finally here! December 1st, the first day of the wonderful festive month that's associated with the loveliest time ever... Christmas!! I cannot begin to put into words just how much I love Christmas, the lead up is so special.
So to start off December and Christmas with a bang (and with and Advent Calendar chocolate or beauty product), I thought I'd put together a little collage of some of the things I love most about 'the most wonderful time of the year.'
What do you love most about Christmas? I wish there was a collage big enough for me! It's my most favourite time of the year.
Considering a month from now I for one will be celebrating Christmas Day, I thought it'd be a perfect time to let you in on some gifts I've stumbled across on the internet, great for stocking fillers, secret santa's, budget buys, or even if you just know someone who will appreciate the gift!
I've put together a little collage of some of the items I've found and listed down the price and where you can purchase it from below:
To go straight to the gift, just click on the product name:
I found it so hard to narrow it down to just a few gifts, there was just so many, amazing, great priced products, all with brilliant discounts and offers too!
Which items will you be buying out of these? And if so, who for? I'd love to know!
My personal favourite is The Holiday DVD - my all time favourite Christmas film
It's getting close to Christmas now, so I thought I'd put a little post together of the Advent Calendar's that are still available to buy and have (thankfully) not sold out yet! I'm really tempted to
I'm a huge fan of Lush products and even more so of Christmas, so as soon as I heard that the Christmas collection had arrived in store I did a hop, skip and a jump straight to my nearest store (The Trafford Centre!) Walking into the store is the same feeling as
On Thursday night me and the other half visited the Trafford Centre in Manchester. If you're from outside of the UK, then the Trafford Centre is a huuuuge inside shopping centre that has lots of designer/high street brands all in one place, with eateries and shops galore! (My favourite shop is Selfridges.... MAC!)
Every year the Trafford Centre hold a Christmas lights event in which they invite a few famous faces on stage for the build up to the switching on of the lights, this year saw the likes of Union J, Neon Jungle, Paul Potts and others. Although we never made it in time for the actual light switch on, we did however go to see the 'famous' Christmas tree. It is a lovely thing but it's no Rockefeller Christmas tree!
