THE LIEBSTER AWARD

I was recently nominated by the lovely Krystal to do the Liebster Award, the idea behind this award is to get new blogs or those with a little less followers a little more recognition, I think it's a lovely idea and I'm really thrilled to have been nominated.

The rules are:

You have to link back to the person who nominated you

Facts about myself:

- I'm eighteen years old but only 5ft1" so a little small for my age

- I live in a little Village in the North West of England

- I'm currently in my second year of college, studying History, Psychology and English Literature

- I'm hopeful that this time next year I'll be studying History at degree level

- I'm ridiculously excited for Christmas (it's my favourite time of year EVER)

- I'm so so obsessed with Gossip Girl, it's my absolute favourite!

- Netflix is my bae (I use the term jokingly but SERIOUSLY I LOVE IT)

- I have a boyfriend named Luke and we've been together for over 2 years (he's wonderful)

- I really enjoy shopping but at a slow pace.. which annoys my boyfriend sometimes... oops. But my favourite type of shopping is Christmas shopping!!! I'm so excited for Christmas, did I mention it? Ha! 

- I have two doggies called Zuko and Oreo, they're Miniature Schnauzer's and the cutest little doggies ever, I love them with all my heart!

- I'm a very organised person, especially when it comes to stationary/college work

What's your favourite makeup brand?

I'd have to say MAC, everything I own from there is such brilliant quality, lasts all day and never lets down. I guess you get what you pay for, as they say!

Favourite quote?

'The longer you can look back, the farther you can look forward'

What inspired your blog name?

My very first Tumblr URL, which was 'rosetintedlove'

Number one tip for new bloggers?

Just be yourself, don't pressure yourself into posting constantly and have fun!!

Where do you find inspiration for your blog posts?

Things just kind of pop in my head! That might sound daft but I'll be sat on the bus/train and an idea just comes to me

What's your favourite eye look?

Brown/taupe eyeshadow in the crease of the eye, winged eyeliner and black mascara

Any favourite animals?

Definitely doggies, they're just the most loving animal ever. The fact I have two of my own may make me a little bias also..

What made you start your blog?

I've wanted to blog for a number of years, it just seems like a wonderful way to express interests and share it with a community of welcoming people that share the same interests too!
