MY WEEK: INSTAGRAM STYLE

It's been over a week since I last posted but I've just been so caught up with College work I feel like I've hardly had chance to breathe!! I hope you're all well and getting in to the festive spirit, because I know I am! 5 weeks today I'll be just sitting down to Christmas dinner... yum. I can't begin to tell you just how excited I am, I'm looking really forward to making some Christmassy blog posts too!

So since I've not posted for a little while, I thought I could keep you up to date by showing you the photos I've posted on Instagram in this last week or so. LUSH CHRISTMAS

I'm a huge fan of Lush products and even more so of Christmas, so as soon as I heard that the Christmas collection had arrived in store I did a hop, skip and a jump straight to my nearest store (The Trafford Centre!) Walking into the store is the same feeling as

BOOTS & TARTAN

Yesterday I had a little trip into Wigan town centre, if anyone knows the area, then you'll know a trip to Wigan cannot be done without a visit into Primark.

Forgetting the busyness, warmth and messiness of the shop, I did manage to find some lovely heeled boots and a festive tartan throw.

Of course I couldn't just buy them in one colour, so when I saw the

TOO EARLY?

On Thursday night me and the other half visited the Trafford Centre in Manchester. If you're from outside of the UK, then the Trafford Centre is a huuuuge inside shopping centre that has lots of designer/high street brands all in one place, with eateries and shops galore! (My favourite shop is Selfridges.... MAC!)

Every year the Trafford Centre hold a Christmas lights event in which they invite a few famous faces on stage for the build up to the switching on of the lights, this year saw the likes of Union J, Neon Jungle, Paul Potts and others. Although we never made it in time for the actual light switch on, we did however go to see the 'famous' Christmas tree. It is a lovely thing but it's no Rockefeller Christmas tree!

FIRST OF (HOPEFULLY) MANY

Hello there,

If you're reading this then you've somehow stumbled across my blog and I've finally finished retyping my first post after trying to perfect it far too many times! The whole concept of someone reading what I've typed is both surreal and quite exciting to me, whether you've found this blog via one of the social medias I've most likely shared this upon, or even through a simple Google search, either way, I hope you give this little one a chance as I'm just starting out and not sure if what I'm writing is really all that interesting! The idea that I have with this blog is to give a realistic view on things I come across in day to day life, whether that be a book I've recently read, a beauty product I've used, a restaurant I've ate at or even a situation I've encountered; I want to give a 'notsorosetinted' (glasses) look on things. I'd also like to frequently post 'a day in the life' if that's something you'd be interested in? (Questioning in a text post and it being unknown as to whether anyone is on the receiving end seems so odd!)

I have a few ideas on what to have as my first few posts but I'd love to know what type of things you'd like to see on here..

All comments will be so greatly appreciated,

Thanks for reading,
